You guys like it in the bum? .......what about you girls? See what I did there? Oh hey funnypics team.....
Lol you guys joke about race, the Holocaust, dead babies, rape, but god forbid somebody makes a joke about America...
@Blasphemy is Fun, Eh, I'm American and I chuckled.
@Blasphemy is Fun, its not that it's about America. Its the people. Which, for many, hits home if youve lost someone. I personally don't take offense to it, but many do.
@The Lumbridge Cook, then should they not also take offense to Holocaust jokes? Or Jokes about actual rape? I just find it funny that this community ALWAYS says "absolutely no joke is too far", school shootings, kidnapping children, and worse, but here is where they draw the line. Seems very hypocritical.
@Blasphemy is Fun, you missed my point. Its easy to joke about something that doesnt affect you. They're far away so to speak. One wouldnt go up to a person who lost their mom to breast cancer and tell them to get over it because they laughed at a 9/11 joke.
@The Lumbridge Cook, I mean I literally saw like 20 people in this community tell another member to get over it when he said a school shooting joke wasn't funny because his best friend was recently killed in a school shooting... so...
@Blasphemy is Fun, Whats your point? Like i said different people take offence to different things is all im saying and for you to make judgements based on what people take offence to is crummy
@The Lumbridge Cook, My point is that the same people who say "no joke is too far" about absolutely horrendous things, saying that this joke is unfunny is hypocritical. That's all. Also empathy is a thing... it's not like they can't understand how other people feel, yet they still laugh at those jokes and tell others to be quiet and quit complaining, then they complain about this. I'm not complaining about what people take offense to, I'm simply saying what those exact people said before, if anything is okay then everything is. If you can't understand that, that's fine, and if you disagree that's fine. There's no need to get hostile, just having a friendly conversation.
@Blasphemy is Fun, I agree that its hypocritical. Im just saying people have a right to be offended even if theyre laughing at other jokes. I think its something most people do too. Im not angry or upset. Its tough to express yourself accurately over text
@The Lumbridge Cook, Alright cool. Yeah it's no big deal, it just slightly irks me when people tell somebody who's best friend died, to "shut up and quit whining" and then on another joke start whining themselves. Not at all your issue, like I said it just slightly irks me. Completely my problem.
@Blasphemy is Fun, hey moron, you’re the only one whining and you posted this.
@Mit, I mean there are two comments complaining about the pic... but once again I don't really care that much. Originally I was merely making a light comment about hypocrisy.
@Blasphemy is Fun, HEY! We also laugh at your mom
@Medic135, who doesn't? *sobs*
@Medic135, lol looks like I have a fan ;)
@Blasphemy is Fun, you seem to making the biggest deal about it, which again, you posted. Moron.
@Mit, lol why would you comment the same thing again? I'm just trying to be polite and respond to people but I guess if you're going to have no class and be rude I'll stop.
@Blasphemy is Fun, who drew the line here? Me thinks you’re making a big deal about something that does not exist.
@big freedom, I really wasn't making a big deal out of it. I made one comment about hypocrisy (referencing Richard Cypher's and DarkRevolation's comments). It was meant to be a light comment, and literally everything else has been me responding to people and addressing their questions/sharing my opinion. I guess if you guys think I'm making a big deal that's fine, but it isn't a big deal to me, I just don't like to ignore people so I keep responding.
@Blasphemy is Fun, gotcha. Ok nbd
@Blasphemy is Fun, guys his username is Blasphemy is fun... you probably shoulda known this thread of comments was gonna be unproductive no matter what the topic
@BennMann, It doesn't look like he was trolling though, and the other people seemed like the rude ones to me. Did you read the thread?
@Blasphemy is Fun, Have you seen who leads us America is the joke
@eleven, You mean the 12 year old with the orange face? Yeah... oh well at least we didn't get stuck with corrupt old Yzma... somehow it doesn't really make me feel better though...
@Blasphemy is Fun, best post for a while
@Blasphemy is Fun, “you guys?” Like 1 guy complained. Calm yourself mr. Upsetabouteverything
@Blasphemy is Fun, and it’s not a bunch of people liking some jokes and drawing the line at others. The people who downvote the rape/holocost jokes are the ones down voting the other controversial ones, too. I personally didn’t find this funny, not because it has to do with America. I just don’t see where the grinding up the people was funny. Like, the joke lacked sustenance. Something like this is only funny because it’s a dig at America. Like how the Democratic night shows are “funny” just because they say Trump sucks. Digs don’t equal comedy.
@BennMann, yeah, I’ve realized that he’s just a troll. Per many of his threads.
@Blasphemy is Fun, as an American, we are a living joke. No joke can ruin us more than we already have.
@Child Slapper, I wasn't trolling and I literally just had a conversation with you about maturity on another pic... that I thought went well. But at this point I'm tired of responding so I'm not going to respond to anymore comments on this thread.
@Blasphemy is Fun, well you see, most people use humor to express what they're upset about, mostly being men since we really can't express ourselves like women can. However, the only time dark should be used is if it's not at area that's meant to honor something pertaining to the same subject, such as for example, don't be making holocaust jokes at the holocaust memorial museum. Only use dark humor when it's the appropriate time.
@Baileyjrob, As an American, we are the greatest country in the world. We are the greatest because we were created with great founding principles. It is the Leftists and the media that keep spouting this nonsense that we are a terrible country. Why do so many people want to come in to this country? Why do all the entitled brats say “ugh, this country sucks” yet never leave? It’s because everyone knows that’s it’s not better anywhere else. Obama said we have to do better as a country, and yet he was the one that kept saying divisive things and claiming there is still so much racism. Which is certainly a lie, compared to the past. Not that I like Trump, but at least he keeps saying that America is great and we should put American citizens first. At least he is proud, rather that ashamed of his people.
@Child Slapper, responded to the wrong person, though I still do disagree with you. I believe you’re looking for @Blasphemy is Fun
@Blasphemy is Fun, fine, I’ll apologize for assuming you’re a troll. I guess I couldn’t believe you really meant all that. I guess we should have more conversations rather than me assuming you’re just off your rocker. Again, my apologies.
@Baileyjrob, fixed it, now it’s for you.
@Child Slapper, man, I’m not involved in this. Look, I know how this ends: we both argue for hours until eventually one of us makes the dive into insults, and in the end no one is convinced the other way and we both walk away fuming and our days ruined. I disagree with you and you disagree with me. Can we just agree to disagree and move on?
@Baileyjrob, actually, I’ve had week-long conversations with people that have never turned insulting. We’ve even exchanged phone numbers to talk, instead. People agreeing to remain decent usually ends well. But I understand if you would not like to get into this. Might I recommend you check out some Ben Shapiro debates (though I don’t agree with everything), and perhaps you could recommend something to me that would help me better understand your point of view?
@Child Slapper, huh. Well, don’t get me wrong, I never intend to get too aggressive with debates and the like, but you just never know whose on the other side of the screen when you get into internet debates, y’know? Sometimes they surprise you.
I can’t think of any particular people I can point you to, but I suppose it wouldn’t hurt to at least give my reasoning.
Don’t get me wrong, we are not a terrible country. There are many, MANY worse places to live than America. This is a pretty obvious fact. But I don’t think it’s right to say we’re the best country either. We could be a lot worse, but we could be a lot better too.
To very briefly summarize (FunnyPics doesn’t let me type as much as I wanted,) we have many problems. Our citizens hate one another way too much, partially due to our party system, tons of people search for any reason to sabotage people or groups and we ENCOURAGE it, and people are often so nationalistic that they ignore our problems and focus entirely on us.
So that's what they're made of
Soylent Green is people!
@Bad Betty, Great movie! Love it.
Side note, Arlington cemetery is breathtaking.
@Richard Cypher, Breathtaking ey. Probably why theres so many dead people there.
I don’t care about the picture but can anyone help me find a particular picture from a little while back? It had like a frog or something that was saying panic and I would like to find it for usage in a conversation. So if you know which one I’m talking about please let me know!
Joke ruined a good comic post
@DarkRevolation , or did it make it...? Hmmm sits and contemplates........... it made it.
@DarkRevolation , For the Dreamcast, right?
