So I've been talking a lot with a vegetarian, and a vegan. Neither of them are the annoying ones that we mock on the internet. What makes it cool, is that we are friends enough that we can talk food and spices and such and figure out new ways of doing things. Where I am running into a wall is finding a good way to have them enjoy the spices that make corned beef, and pulled pork so good. I can come close to it with essentially boiling small potatoes in the spice with some olive oil, but its not quite a good example. Any other ideas?
@ThePandaPool , maybe try something more fleshy to make it pallette better, but keep the potatoes for sure. Maybe a type of mushroom, squash, or eggplant? Mind you I have no idea how well any of those would actually work
