Heroes and angels of death
I wish to be this darn stupid sometimes
As someone who works in a hospital with lazy nurses, you have no idea.
I turned off Amber alerts. I'm never up at 6:45 am to look for a white Chevy anyway
Guess who’s going to prison???
@megamanx181x, not me! I already destroyed and disposed of all evidence!
That’s actually a very real problem. People don’t heal well with all the noise and the providers don’t even notice the alarms.
This is the same man that doesn’t know which side is his left
They have silent modes for non life threatening issues, a nurse showed me. I may or may not have shown everyone with a similar machine, in the ortho area.
As someone who works in a hospital, I’m gonna be real with you and let you know nurses ignore those beeps most of the time anyway. It’s either because they didn’t set up the pulseox right or the IV is in a bad place. As for people who actually need their cardiac function monitored there’s people in a separate part of the hospital constantly watching it who notify the nurses if something is wrong. Just some unfun facts for you
What about the machine that goes "PING!"?
