@brenno263, a dab is concentrated marijuana. Usually smoking the flowers (bud) contain about 13-19% THC (what gets you high), a dab can be around 90-99% THC. When smoking it leads to hard coughing and usually into ones sleeve. Hence the dance move was made, along with a few songs about dabbing
