Actually, for me it was High school: teacher hides a remote-controlled fart button under a random student's chair, tells everybody to be totally silent for the test, and then randomly hits the button throughout the test. He also scolded people for laughing. It was hilarious.

I took an IT course in college and had a class for Microsoft Access. For the exam, which was on paper and the actual program, the teacher said the exam was "open google"; we could search for whatever the heck we want, but the only thing we couldn't do was get answers from our peers. We got an email and scolled in class by the teacher about some students emailing projects and answers done by other students which she could tell from the project file's electronic signatures. I swear thats next level cheating and stupidity.
