@Snarfel Burger, there are a lot of benefits to both; however, they can also be bad for you if you either add a lot of cream and sugar, or drink too much

When I drink coffee I break out in hives
Back when I was in the army, I "broke" caffeine for me. I decided to see how fast I could drink 16 energy drink (8 monsters, 4 NOS, and 4 five hour energies as a shot to mark the cups, mixed them 2 parts monster 1 part NOS that I learned was my taste combo of "kill it immediately"). Took 1 hour 43 minutes. I then got a stomach ache, heart rate was 150 ( my resting was 48 at the time) and peed neon green. Took a 4 hour nap and was fine, but now caffeine does nothing or makes me sleepy lol

Law of diminishing returns. The more you use something, the less effective it becomes.
@Suicide Squad Sucks, Yup. On a full shift I used to drink between 2-8 shots of espresso, come home and be asleep in 30 minutes. Now I'm lucky if it lasts an hour.
