@Duncan5769, No not for 3DS- NDS and GBA yes. But for 3DS- no. You need to download it online its an emulator called Citra (which is mega sketch) but the issue is what that no where has LEGIT 3DS roms , the only way to get roms is to have a physical copy and upload it into your computer, If I’m going through all the trouble i might as well just get a 3DS I did the research I’ve been using emulators since middle school I know the tricks
