That's not quite 101, cruella get the rest?
@Scottles, Cruella Ming was hungry🍜
"Papa is here pups, papa is here"
Parenting 101: put your children in a cage and taunt them from the outside
@Fellacio Jones, I think it is trying to herd them, but is freaking out because it can't do it the way it wants
We used to have a herding dog, it worked itself ragged trying to herd the 2 dogs that lived next door through the fence
@Honaw Fierceclaw, herding or playing. I assumed this was another showing of how dogs teach their offspring to play and run.
I'll never let my husband forget the time he came home to us watching 101 Dalmatians, where he went "Oh wow, that's a lot of dogs. I wonder how many there are." I said, "Ph, I don't know, maybe 101 of them?"

Why are they separated from their young*
@18bluecat, may be in a place that doesn't have fences, or a very large yard
The 2 grown dogs know not to leave / know where food is but the puppies don't?
@18bluecat, they're not. Those dogs know they can just jump the tiny fence but are just playing with them
