@Wakeley, literally and figuratively. You generally hear about the larger ones it in 3rd world countries that have limited healthcare access. Too many women/babies die due to lack of proper medical care :/
@yarnemelk, that's insane. I would've argued it's rarity until I read that it's much more common in ectopic pregnancies where a lot of women may not know they are pregnant and the fetus dies in the abdomen
