Well there aren't many things as environmentally friendly as killing people.
@ThePandaPool , gotta solve overpopulation somehow.
@ThePandaPool , genghis khan was a big environmentalist.
@ThePandaPool , that is the most environmentally friendly thing you can do it’s not bears polluting the world
@ThePandaPool , yeah okay Thanos, I see you
@NameyMcNameFace, he was also big on population growth
@Killing instincts , yeah and a real family man. He’s the perfect man for any woman.
Thats $26.50 in Michigan
But coke cans are made from aluminum. Wouldnt those ars be flimsy as fvck
@BlazingBowman, Not necessarily. Aluminum can be surprisingly strong if made right. So long as the receiver is made from proper steel you shouldn't worry. Aluminum, and aluminum alloys, have been used in firearms since... like forever.
@BlazingBowman, no less than wood. Only a few specific pieces need to be able to stand up to those pressures. Bigger problem with something automatic is heat.
Guns are bad
@benderama, shall not be infringed
@The Poll Man, no one needs guns
@The Poll Man, you care more about stupid guns then you do about human life
@benderama, “then you do about human life” What he doin about human life then?
@benderama, how are guns bad? Look at the users at the other end! That’s what we really need to focus on.
@Diabolik, guns are bad
All true environmentalists should also be:
Fewer people = healthier environment
Aluminum is not sturdy enough to function as a barrel
That’s a reflection of a can.
How much aluminum is used in that rifle? I thought it was all steel
@megamanx181x, Aluminum can be surprisingly strong. And as long as the receiver is steel shouldn't be a worry.
@megamanx181x, The only parts in most ARs that are steel are if I remember correctly are the barrel and bolt head, which are the only two parts that deal directly with the cartridge pressures. Everything else is aluminum and plastic including the upper and lower receivers.
@Kliment Voroshilov, fascinating!
