Not here in Tennessee... I’m staying.
@seeUpee, NC is getting there...sorta
@seeUpee, I'm looking to move to TN in the next two years. Gotta get away from daddy newsome. Any area you recommend?
@delusionalwino, speaking as a fellow NC resident, I'm starting to consider moving to either TX or FL depending on which of my two brothers want to put up with me.
@thecraftywalrus, Knoxville TN is awesome, have the Great Smoking mountains in the backyard... even tho is a sellers market right now.
@seeUpee, I'm just hoping my new career's pay will raise fast enough to catch whatever the next drop in the market is. And hopefully take the job with me and work remote. Ya know. Cali money with out California govts hands glued to my pockets.
@seeUpee, you live in Tennessee?? Lucky duck. Tennessee is definitely one of the very few states I would leave NY for
@seeUpee, no kidding... the empty 1 acre lot down the street from us with "mountain view" sold for $130,000 to some people from out of state. It's nuts right now.
@seeUpee, I'll be joining you in the next few years, brother. Either there or northern Arizona.
@Dangerous Dan Spivey, better than Denver. There was a house in my area that was a total fire loss and needed to be torn down being sold for $290,000.
@Drunk Pantless Uncle, oh man... get ready for the heat if you go to Arizona... is not like the heat your used to. Is a dry heat, your balls will chafe in the first week. Tennessee is a much better option.
@seeUpee, nah what you may not understand is the humid heat is worse. You body can cool itself through perspiration because there is already 100% humidity in the air. I've been to Arizona in July and aside from the peak, 2-3 hours of the day, it felt like what I wish Florida was like. Plus,as much as I like Tennessee, I feel like it's starting to get crowded too. Same as Florida, unfortunately.
@Drunk Pantless Uncle, yeah I do agree as we are getting a little crowded around here. Which ever you decide, will be an improvement... I’m sure. Even tho I freaking looooooooove Miami
@seeUpee, Miami is nice to visit. Not live.
@Drunk Pantless Uncle, bro... I could live on Ocean Drive... bitches, food, hotels and booze is all I need... till I go broke and turn homeless
@thecraftywalrus, let me know when you decide to move! I’m a realtor here outside Nashville. It’s a crazy market but I can make it happen and have some friends that own rentals too.
@jeeping4jesus, done and done. For better or for worse, this community seems to be trustworthy and I'll message ya around that time!
@thecraftywalrus, just as long as you don’t move and vote blue. (I don’t know your political thoughts) but voting blue so long is how those states get fvcked up in the first place.
@thecraftywalrus, I lived in Knoxville for 18 years, Cookeville for 6, and Chattanooga for 2 now (currently live here) also got family in Nash and spent lots of time in Memphis. If you’re outdoorsy, Chatt actually has a leg up on Knoxville because the mountains are closer. If you’re looking for high quality suburban life, school districts and ample shopping - Knoxville is the move, and of course it’s right by the Smokey mountains it just takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get there depending on where you live. Nashville is booming and has tons of fun to offer but not my particular flavor and RIDICULOUSLY expensive comparatively speaking, also it doesn’t have the mountains. If you’re a small town person, Cookeville is delightful, loved my time there in college. Memphis has the most soul and diversity of any city and lives up to the “grind city” nickname. But my favorite blend of city life, nature, food, and entertainment options is Chattanooga personally. Welcome to our lovely state!
@Chum dog, also, avoid west TN in general. It’s flat and boring. Jackson is fine and Memphis is great but anywhere else out that way is basically Arkansas 2.0
Why is there text covering the tiddies I’m trying to look at?
Wait, I thought people were trying to get out of those states? Are people trying to meet Florida man?
@MrTuxPenguin, Florida nan is awesome! Just try not to be in the same room with him.
Blue birds flee shïtholes they create to RedStates; vote blue.
Is the answer a temp vote ban?
@Cave Dweller, republicans love making it hard for citizens to vote.
@Spider4x, Right?! Being alive and needing proof of ID is unconstitutional! So what if I’m a zombie from Venezuela, my vote counts too!
@Spider4x, “citizens”? 🤡boop
@Spider4x, you think people who are too stupid to get a state issued id should vote? Or are you upset that voter id laws make voter fraud more difficult to perpetuate?
@Spider4x, side effect of having a platform that is essentially “I dunno, the opposite of whatever those guys want, I guess.”
@CaptainCrunchyCvnt, I replied to someone saying a temp ban for someone moving from one state to another. That sounds a lot like voter suppression to me.
@Spider4x, oh yeah I wasn’t referencing that idea specifically. I wouldn’t be for that either.
Is this a dismembered head meme?
It is & it isn't.
@Che D Lay sir, what is wrong with you ?
@spongeblade, well, starting with the epidermal perimeter, a new scalpel is a useful as any irresistible force trauma but let us remind ourselves, the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell. 🤯
We've been over this FL and TX, you're not as cool as you think you are.
@Spartan Adlai, you must not be from the US of America. Or you are and you haven’t been paying attention to the political space.
@Hot Coffee, neither of these are true.
@Spartan Adlai, then what is confusing about this picture for you?
@Hot Coffee, neither Texas nor Florida are desirable?
@Spartan Adlai, ah, I see.
She'd do better if she wasn't wearing short and curlies in the wrong place.
