@ClaraOzwaldtheDalek, false, its the makeup industry and Hollywood that's done that. They feed off of women's insecurities and constantly tell you things that make you feel like you need makeup to look pretty. A little makeup is fine but when you're putting on a new face every morning then you should really rethink what you're doing with your life.
