It's hard to watch the news these days and find something that gives you hope. It really is a shame that the media spends more time projecting fear and caution than providing news that is GOOD to hear. Actually, let me backtrack. Yes, the media needs to report the important things, and it just so happens the important things often aren't pleasant to hear. But if they just snuck a few of these into each broadcast, would it not make your day just a little better?
@The Gay Gatsby, they do :) a lot of these appeared on Huffpost from time to time. Everybody spread the joy.
@The Gay Gatsby, Excel why I won't watch it. I'm an inner city cop and all you hear about is the bad. No one knows that I bought a homeless couple a hotel room for the weekend last night. Things happen like that all over the place it's just a much rarer occurrence in today's society. The bad gets the ratings come the end of the day that's all they care about.
@The Gay Gatsby, As someone who works in journalism, these good things are often undocumented and might not be real. If a local kid is going viral on the internet, that's one thing, but good news is often faked for fame and impossible to verify.
@The Gay Gatsby, I nake my lining on the evening news. Just give me something, something I can use...
@The Gay Gatsby, I am not trying to provide bias on funnypics as much as I am proving a media issue. I am in South Carolina supporting Ted Cruz. We went to a conservative convention with nearly 5000 people. The speakers included Ben Carson and Ted Cruz. The media stated that droves of trump supporters were in attendance. There were literally 0, as the great majority were for Cruz. Again not trying to bring political bias, but as of lately the media has used people like Trump for media to lie to the US about what is really going on.
Made me feel pretty good
@Siska the Khajiit, The feels are strong with this one.
@Siska the Khajiit, SpiderMans shirt was backwards... *sprits away*
@Siska the Khajiit, I have coin if you have feels for sale
I'm man enough to admit I teared up a little bit.
@Idiot, me too. The wedding one got me the best. What dad would ever do that for a stepfather? Beautiful.
Lost manhood 3 slides in, faith in humanity restored
@Profiled Black Guy, I wouldn't judge all of humanity on a couple handfuls of awesome acts.
@Profiled Black Guy, me too but watch as I lost it again
Who put this bowl of onions here? I'm not crying you're crying shut up.
@Dr Who Fandom, git outta me swamp!
Well now I feel like a selfish piece of crap...
Not to be negative, but the stay dogs sleeping in the coffee shop would probably spread fleas like crazy and the smell would get pretty bad too
@Potato fences , I was thinking the same thing... And where do they go to the bathroom?
@Potato fences , I also thought that some customers might be allergic to dogs
@Cunt of Monte Cristo, dogs can hold it overnight, and much prefer to pee outside
@CunningLinguist, trained dogs can hold it overnight and go outside, but stray dogs that are used to going where ever I'm not so sure about. Sometimes my dog can't make it overnight if I go to bed early or sleep in late.
*smashes cup* ANOTHA!
Wait why is a students baby in class
@JJD2016, because maybe they are too poor to afford a babysitter and the baby daddy left yet they still want to continue their education so they bring the child to class. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this
@JJD2016, Yeah parents bring their kids into class all the time in my college
@Ashildr, ah ok I just didn't know this was a thing
@JJD2016, because the baby is very advanced. What's ur excuse
@Sergei Nohomo, I'm a pastry, that's why
@SimonPetrikov, some of my professors have done the same thing a few times too. They sit there and just take notes and it's to awesome.
@Ashildr, I'm not trying to start something, just saying that moms leave too, not just dads
Looks wistfully out into the sunset. Smiles a little, knowing there is still hope for our wretched race
3 and 26 gave me the feeliest feels I've ever felt...
Someone put some feelios in my cheerios...
I definitely shed a few tears. There isn't enough kindness in today's world. We should all take not of this post and pay it forward.
As much as this moved me and I was thinking "faith in humanity restored" over and over, the best part was going to upvote this pic and seeing 900 others had done so already. 900! You're good people :)
Thank you funny pics, for making me happy to be alive.
My eyes are sweating q.q
And who says all faith in humanity is lost?
The boy's red shirt sums it up 😢😭😪😓😊😌😀😃
The father from number 7 is a teacher at my school, and he's honestly amazing
Some of these are really awesome.... But I think number 11 is probably a health code violation
The only thing I see is an 16 year old heart surgeon and wonder where my life went wrong.
Sitting in english class right now, where are you guys?
@Undertale, home, snow day from graduate school.
Halloween is about SCARY costumes, not being a disney character or something. The dressing up as ghosts, vampires, zombies, witches, etc got commandeered about a decade and a half ago by pure commercialism. (Like all holidays) I remember if my sisters wanted to be a princess my dad said they had to be a dead princess and made them wear makeup that made them look dead. Good post though!
Slideshows-funny=Facebook click bait crap. Booooo

Six people on this app are soulless
What kind of four a$$holes downvoted this? Haha seriously?
Woah #7. She adopted kids FROM THE GRAVE.
Hate to be that guy, but the elderly gentleman probably didn't have a heart attack while mowing his lawn. Most likely was Angina rather than acute MI. Angina has all the same signs/symptoms of heart attack, same feelings, pain, presentation, etc. However, angina is usually brought on by strenuous activity and usually goes away within 15-20 minutes of stopping activity and resting. Angina is known as a "mock" of "fake" heart attack. Still always a good idea to call for help with any onset of chest pain though :) very good on the firemen to help him out though!
She adopted for kids AFTER she died?? What a trooper!
When I looked at the upvotes the number was 666...
I honestly can't stop tearing up
I'm not trying to be that person bc I really enjoyed this picture, but is #3 really 2 years old?
Umm number 15 has shoes on the tracks right that's not my imagination right
Feely pics :,)
Cried in the middle of class
I saw a story where a blind disabled boy became best buds with an ex-fire Labrador, it's heartwarming you should look it up
That was nice considering how bad the world seems
Great...I had to go to work in a few...now I gotta go weld some shjt, shoot guns and arm wrestle someone to feel manly again
