Family: "Why are you so antisocial? You never want to do any family activities"
Me: -remembering constantly asking as a child to play board games but being told not right now and then being dragged out to socialize whenever some sports game was on-
@Anonymous Jack III, hold on, hold on, I can do better.
"Mommy, can w-"
"Go back to your room, it's raid night."
@Anonymous Jack III,
Did you just describe most of our childhoods?
Cause that was mine
@JacieTwisted, My parents refused to play monopoly, something about me and my cousins being too cutthroat.
@Anonymous Jack III, so... I really hate how parents force sports on their kids, but sports are like just really good for you. Mind and body. I think there’s a sport out there for everyone... not just ballfoot or Mexican ballfoot or ballsn’bats... I’m actually a cyclist and that’s really fun. It keeps you fit and makes you push your body to limits you thought you could never reach... or in the case of big chungus ball (bowling for a non-intellectuals), it teaches you to train to achieve something. Just good for life skills tbh. I’d rather my kid be an active kid then an inside one.
I won’t make fun of you Tyler
People for real can’t take parent jokes
YOU GUYS JUST DON’T UNDERSTAND MEEEE
