@tha5th, maybe so, but if the joke makes sense to more people even if factually inaccurate, then it still works. Most people just want a quick laugh, not to dissect a joke. There are plenty of jokes that don't make sense if you break them down, but that's not the point. They're still funny. The joke is about the bluff, and most will see that. It doesn't matter what the flop odds are, people get the idea that they called a bluff and lost. That's as far as you need to go with it.
Sorry, bro. Pocket aces aren't the best hand. Someone with offsuit low cards is more likely to draw an open-ended straight on the flop, than any pocket pair is likely to draw a full house or 3-4 of a kind.
