In my opinion everyone should practice Judo, because this may look fancy but is surprisingly easy. She also did it correctly but should have used a different variation of the throw. With someone larger than you, you should follow the same steps but instead of trying to throw them over your head, twist your body away from the arm you are holding and they will rocket away, reducing the chances of the person falling on you or repelling your attack.
