Im an alcoholic, i turned myself into one by forcing myself to drink, it was a depressing time.still deppressed just i drink less . i cant get drunk if stressed.so kinda pointless to drink other than it calms my anxiety for a bit. From experienece eat, i know some alchys dont eat to better the buzz. Eat a 2 houra before for same effect and some food. Also multi B vitamn pills also electrolyte beverage and water of when awoke still hungover drink a beer strong enough to eliminate pain but weak enough to not get tipsy or drunk or smell and use painkilled status to hydrate and eat and grease to absorb.pills and electrolyte before drinkin and aftr. also v8 low sodium juice is good mixer. still adds somethin to body.also learn what alcohols your body is ok with.
