I think it was at the Dallas aquarium where they have this little outdoor trellis area about halfway through, and when I went, there was this dude working there who was holding a chameleon, which I thought was cool, and I went and talked to him. Then he starts randomly plucking little chameleons off the trellis and putting them on him to hang onto, and I realize that this dude’s job was to take the chameleons outside to get some fresh air, which sounds like the best job ever, if you ask me.

Fun fact: chameleons that can change color actually do so in response to emotional stimuli, not to blend in with their environment. The only animals that actually change color to blend in are octopi.
