"Accidentally" ok Insurance Fraud
Rig your personal property for self destruct in case it’s stolen
@megamanx181x, that's why I cram a kilo of C4 into all of my shít
@I cut your face, that’s thinking ahead
@megamanx181x, "I know enough about my own rigged junk to watch them for the right signs that I should turn it off or no longer use it. You don't. Have fun."
There's also the "Shooter" approach. When you leave or put something in storage, swap stuff around so it won't work until you fix it. (In the movie the suspected presidential assassin had swapped all his firing pins around such that they fit but would never hit the primer and thus not fire. Couldn't have been his gun that was used b/c it didn't work unless he'd fixed it.)
@mas2de, I remember that scene! Very smart!
@megamanx181x, see they can't steal your shít if their zip code doesn't exist anymore.
@megamanx181x, nah, he just turned on the karma locator.
@megamanx181x, reminds me of that guy that made a trap box for whoever stole it from his porch. If I remember correctly, it threw confetti everywhere, sprayed a horrible smell, and recorded everything. Also had a tracker.
@A Math Dealer, yes I saw that on YouTube! I follow the guys channel, he’s a former mechanical engineer for nasa. He set up fake packages for would be porch thieves, awesome set up.
@megamanx181x, that's why I want to be an engineer. Specifically to set up fake packages to punish the people that keep stealing stuff from my family. Maybe a few other reasons too.
@A Math Dealer, is this not the main reason to become and engineer?
I'm assuming he bypassed a thermal switch. Those switches fail relatively often, and that would make it so the coffee maker wouldnt know when it was hot enough.
Space heaters not placed recommended distance from furniture
