@busy man, the FMA Series are definitely something a person should watch. Personally I like the first FMA better than Brotherhood, but that's because I never read the manga... I don't read anything.

@gaiaphage, yes I highly recommend you watch FMA: Brotherhood. Brotherhood follows the actual original (and better) storyline that is from the manga. The first FMA anime was really just a spinoff that's still good, bit definitely not as good as brotherhood. All in all, it is a quality series. It has a lot of depth. One of my favorites!
