Anyone here about RockPaperShotgun calling Cyberpunk out for being racist? It's bullshjt of course, but they're doubling down despite being called out by the creator (who is black).
@Proactive Citizenry , “them” SEE RACIST! Even though we have proof we are not ? nope still racist
@Proactive Citizenry , I just had to go read up on this after your comment. RockPaperShotgun made the most moronic arguement about a game people are super hyped for myself included.
@Proactive Citizenry , when journalists start becoming less relevant, they'll pick something to just gripe about that everyone will disagree with so it gets attention. It just reminds me of when Uncharted 4 came out, and The New York Times wrote a "review" on the series as a whole saying it was trash. Basically the whole article was just a writer who had clearly never played the games before (straight up getting certain aspects of the game wrong) griping about logical fallacies in the games stories that would make even the Cinema Sins guy roll his eyes. The one that stuck out to me was a sentence along the lines of "how would these lost cities never be discovered by satellites?" It's a fvcking video game, that's how. This is even more shady though because they've decided to take the race angle on it. I tend to ignore game journalism outside of reviews from certain sources specifically because of this kind of sh!t
@Proactive Citizenry , game journalists are worthless, talentless trash. Their opinions and articles were already worthless since they can't actually properly play the games, and then on top of that they add mindless leftist propaganda to those already worthless articles. One YouTuber with a 3 minute review of a game they enjoyed is already more valuable than the entirety of Polygon.
I just recently got the platinum trophy for Sekiro. Sadly the achievement is not called "No Hesitation".
