Here's a piece of fun trivia for y'all too. The creator of Bebop said that the dub is far better than the original japanese voices.
No the flip it isn't. It had hardly any overarching character development and was basically a product of its time. Does not hold up well compared to anime that came out after it.
@whats a joke, Holds up very well, in my opinion. I like the episodic, disconnected nature of the series and the breadcrumbs approach to character development.
@SimonPetrikov, I’m def with Simon on this one, the characters are very human and impressively fleshed out over the run, in slow pieces over time. Anyone can jump in at any point of the series and enjoy an episode on its own, but they also stack together to tell a larger story.
@whats a joke, what Simon said, plus has one of the catchiest opening themes ever
@Pat Myckok, Real Folk Blues is also great
