My uncle and aunt and their kids are "flander" religious, and they also are against Harry potter, but NOT LOTR, And they aren't the only religious family I've known to be like that. Honestly I think LOTR even though set in a different world which I guess it's why they ok it, it undermines the concept that religion is based on fiction. Sorry about the long post, I love you guys!

Anyone read the Harry Potter fanfiction written by that crazy Christian mom where each house is a different denomination of Christianity and Slytherin is still bad because they aren't "the right kind" of Christians and the Dursleys are Atheists and DUMBLEDORE AND MCGONOGALL ARE MARRIED AND HERMIONE IS THEIR DAUGHTER. Like whatever, you do you with your offensive judgement of anyone who is not exactly like you but don't mess up character relations you little twit.
