@SymmetricalMonochism, You're kind of wrong? It's commonly accepted that time is a dimension because Einstein mending space and time together with General (may be special, I confuse which is which) Relativity. That being said the fourth spatial dimension is a legitimate thing and space extends even further past 10 dimensions. TL;DR, Yes and No.

@Texacan, By 4D, it means that the printer prints out blueprints, which assemble themselves into the desired object/shape. It could be used to print very large things in areas that humans wouldn't be able to construct it, for example space. So when this becomes more refined, we'll be able to print a space station blueprint, send it to space, and it will build itself.
They have actually made 3d printed meat that has been sold at very high prices and there is now 4d printing
