This is Real his official actually Twitter tweet this out https://mobile.twitter.com/tedcruz/status/1057703421778845696
This was an actual tweet too...
@FullMetalAlcoholist, no fvcking way he's awesome enough to post this.
@ThePandaPool , i just checked and omfg he did.
@ThePandaPool , I have Twitter, can confirm he posted it.
@FullMetalAlcoholist, And it's not the first time he's posted the notes in Twitter.
@ThePandaPool , to quote another twitter user who shared this tweet, “Ted Cruz is the only person who pretends to be a serial killer to be MORE likable”. And honestly, based on accounts from his colleagues, he is actually a very unlikable guy.
@FullMetalAlcoholist, it's pretty r/fellowkids to me
This is the right way to take a joke, looking at you Fartenbeck
@K1l, What was that one about
@TheRatMan, Someone vandalized one of his campaign signs, changing his name from Fortenbeck to Fartenbeck, and putting big ass google eyes on his picture, and he got all huffy on social media about the seriousness of vandalism.
@Berntley, honestly, Fortenbeck should have redone all his campaign materials to have big googly eyes. He missed a chance to control what went viral. I would fire my campaign manager over that. It would be derided as coopting a dead fad but that would be less detrimental overall than crying about it.
The Zodiac killer strikes again.
@Megahut, “You’ll never find the words/bodies!”
I never thought I'd like Ted Cruz. First stepmom porn now this. You got my vote (I am not a Texan).
@CrazyCrichton , Thank god, because half-funny, half-desperate attempts at seeming “in touch” with the people should not be enough to earn anybody’s vote.
@Berntley, I agree with you but it sure makes him look better than that other douche.
@CrazyCrichton , I just can’t imagine that it does.
@Berntley, found the Beto Supporter
@Big Broder, someone once implied that Texas’ great senator, Ted Cruz, was the Zodiac killer. As a prank, Ted Cruz posted a letter written by the Zodiac Killer on his Twitter account and said “Happy Halloween”, doubling down on the joke. He’s weird, but his heart is in the right place. I’m going to vote for him tomorrow!
He’s doubling down on the joke, maybe it might backfire
@megamanx181x, nah, it wont make anyone else in texas vote for him over Beto, but I think it shows how he is a relatively average human species entity, even if not entirely normal, hes at least not an alien like some of the others. Warren for example really screwed the pooch on a nonsensical criticism and proved that criticism to not be the ramblings of a drooling idiot but fact based after all. Cruz at least can take that stupidity and turn it back in jest. Warren and select other candidates are so far removed it seems like they may be aliens.
And he just beat Beto
Can a political man/woman (or somewhere in between for you freaky people out there) tell me why should i care for politics? I have zero opinion i dont vote i dont watch news i dont care who leads our country or how successful they are. Plain and simple i really could care less about the whole political system (not that i believe it should be abolished) but just have no inclination to care about something i cant control whatsoever. Am i a bad citizen?
@Ghoaxst, This is fine as long as you don't bitch about stuff you had an opportunity to possibly change by voting. And this is coming from someone who's passionate about partisan politics. You're not a bad citizen unless you actively try to fvck the system for everyone else or free-ride off of it.
@Yourself, thats how ive always thought. i dont have an opinion i never care what happens or whos affected i just let everyone else worry about that stuff. Im sure when it gets to a point where i feel strongly about something ill take the right measures to make sure i make the best educated decision. Thats just how i am. But i always get bombarded by people telling me to vote and being disappointed that i dont care about govt and stuff. I dont bitch i usually laugh at silly policies or if someone makes a ridiculous spectical of themselves but thats as deep as my interest goes. Thank you for the reassurance i always feel like the a hole in debates.
@Ghoaxst, George Carlin thought nonvoters had the most reason to complain since non voters tend to realize neither party is good, neither party cares, and neither party will do good, but by them voting for someone who is good, cares and will do good they will throw away their vote. Libertarians are in this predicament on a national level, as the independents never get proper recognition or airtime so they can either vote for social or fiscal and thats like picking between getting shot or stabbed. Voters cant complain because they perpetuate the two party circus that just ends up in america saying "well republicans didnt work, back to democrats" and "well that was stupid, back to republicans" every two years.
@cruss4612, my thing is, is that i dont get why just because people have slightly different opinions on how something is run that itll tear down whole institutions such as family bonds friendships and even for example the whole antifa crap why do opinions have to be violent i dont get it???
@Ghoaxst, but maybe its just naivety but i think the world would be a lot easier if people werent at eachothers throats for stupid reasons
@Ghoaxst, its honestly the two party system. It just breeds ridiculousness. Simple topics that should be neutral turn into death match ideological battles because they cant stand on the same ground as their mortal enemies the Demopublicraticans. I do side right on most things, but dont consider myself a republican. I have more issue with Democrat strategy and pandering than the same with Republicans, but they both do it.
No need to feel ashamed or confused. There are whole economies built on this rivalry. Instigating anger and violence over policies which generally differ in the smallest of ways in outcome is insane no matter how you look at it. There has been landmark compromise over bigger issues with far more dire consequence than voter ID and how involved the government should be involved with healthcare (the correct answer is none, not at all, never and should ask what is healthcare because the government is terrible at everything).
@Ghoaxst, we all fail to see the poisonous system in favor of tribalism. Weve all bought into a lie that lawyers have our interests at heart when they run for government despite lawyers being next to serial rapists in terms of morality and looking out for others interests.
We buy into this lie because weve been told that they know things and that the government attracts "the best minds". Weve been tricked into the authority of pressed suits and expensive makeup and hair with a straight smile. It doesnt matter in the long run, and more people should see it for what it is and rebel. They dont, though.
While valid points can be made for voting and for abstaining, pick whats for you and tell everyone else to fùck right off. Its none of their business.
Truthfully one should refrain from discussing three topics outloud. Those three are religion, money, and politics. Those who choose to speak on those issues have only ill intent for discussion.
@cruss4612, its just a shame that we lose patriotism through politics. But for now till all hell breaks loose imma sit back, break open a cold one with some like minded neutral buddies and laugh at the circus that i (and other US citizens) pay for.
