I don't want this on the front page cuz politics, I just want to mess with ajunta pall
There's over 200 countries, most of which aren't on this graphic, and you're comparing with one country who doesn't have UHC? Where is the rest of the world? Mmm hmmm
@Fellacio Jones, well also there are no countries with vast populations on here, like China or India. That's because it's far easier for countries with a low population density to have universal healthcare. India is almost completely privatized and China does have a system in place, but it is a struggling one. Do your research people
@Fellacio Jones, i see your point but look at the list - its pretty much the world's most modern and major countries. America is basically the only one it that category to not have it. Because for whatever reason some Americans think that it's so ridiculous to have free healthcare but the shjt load of money put into the military isn't.
@K1lgore, yeah it is mostly modernized countries. I wouldn't consider most of the major countries (major economies) here don't have large populations. I agree that universal healthcare is a radical idea. It really should not be this hard to make it universal.
@belligerentcokefiend, im kinda confused by your comment, you contradict yourself kinda in the last two sentences.
@K1lgore, the USA has some of the best, if not the best doctors and surgeons in the world. People come to the USA from all over just to get surgeries done. A friend of mine who is a foot surgeon in Michigan, often gets people from Canada because they want a good surgeon. With a UHC, the quality of medical help will go down, because there will be less incentive for doctors to take patients. That's why many are against it
@Fellacio Jones, what is that in inches?
Universal Healthcare Coverage isn't radical... It's TOTALLY WICKED YO
