@Magnamon, this is what I wanna do for a living. Make people's lives better by giving them arms, legs, and other parts of their body they've been missing. I wanna map out the neural network of humans and make successful prostheses, especially for kids and veterans.
Check out Limbitless Solutions. They are group of students from the University of Central Florida who make 3D printed prosthetic arms for children who need them. And they give them to them for free.
@fartnuggets, they connect the circuitry to what remains of your nerve endings in your arm. Given how the brain moves the body with electric signals, it's only a matter of proper design that can allow this type of device to be viable.
I'm actually an amputee, and these arms can cost from 100,00 to half a million dollars...
