The few, the proud, the marines
The first time Russia and America can agree on taking down a fvcker since Hitler and the Nazis.
@Captain Kirk Hinrich, France is also their ally. All we need is England and boom, Allies 2.0, the Axis powers are ISIS, and uh that's it, everyone else hates those fvckers
@D0N RAM0N, throw in North Korea too
@Captain Kirk Hinrich, let the world tremble when rivals unite.
@Captain Kirk Hinrich, fvck, I guess it really is WWIII. Oh well, once more unto the breach, gentlemen.
@D0N RAM0N, By England do you mean the UK?
@Captain Kirk Hinrich, after the Paris attacks, Russia destroyed 355 Isis strongholds within a 48 hour period with bombs labeled 'That's for Paris,' and I think that's metal af.
@Sebastian Pumpernickle, Russians badass-effective as fvck
@Captain Kirk Hinrich, most of the time the two don't agree but when they do you know you're fvcked
7 downvotes on this pic. Ladies and gentlemen, we found the terrorists.
@The Puppet Man, well Isis wouldn't be around if we didn't invade Iraq... So maybe the people that downvoted are just fed up with going to pointless wars, or going where we don't belong.
@Jyu Viole Grace, it's not just invading Iraq. After Vietnam Russia wanted to invade Afghanistan and we wanted it to be their Vietnam. So we gave them quality training and I think some weaponry. After they were ready to fight, we just left them to it. They felt abandoned so they hated us ever since, even going on to start Al-Qaeda, which many Isis members used to be members of.
@Jyu Viole Grace, and for once this war won't be pointless. They're threatening our capital, our president, our citizens in general, and our allies. And so far they're winning, otherwise France wouldn't have deaths to mourn.
@Jyu Viole Grace, pointless wars?!? Really? So I guess the people of France should just go on with there life and say Isis you got us lol. Freedom has to be fought for. Suck but it's the way it is.
@Jimmyshane, this picture doesn't mention Isis though, it's just talking about killing terrorists. There's no one way to solve a problem but I can tell you that killing terrorists or the like in middle eastern countries will not stop terrorism. Terrorist do what they do because of the idea of Islam, and usually when the United States intervenes someone worse comes into power. Now I understand something has to be done with Isis, but they literally would not exist if we didn't invade Iran.
@The Puppet Man, we weren't even in a war when 9/11 happened, yet we had deaths. Isis is becoming a major problem, but they are there because of our influence in the Middle East. All I'm saying is some people may not think constantly fighting is the best option, considering there's a new jihad or boko haram or Isis every time we take out the previous one. As long as the idea of radical Islam exists, there will constantly be radicals that cause terrorism.
@The Puppet Man, plus the main problem with this picture is talking about God. So some may be upset over the fact that the billboard uses God to say they will be judged, but that just depends on what religion you have. Considering religion is the cause for the violence it's kind of ironic in a way.
@Jyu Viole Grace, you are right we took out one and another one came up. But you can't just let them be. Letting them be is what caused 9/11! If you had someone robbing homes in your town would you say we just need to let him be cause if we arrest him another will take his place. No you deal with him and deal with the next one that comes along. I understand these people live a different way of live but when they leave there country to attack you have to take the fight to them.
@Jyu Viole Grace, I get both points you make and they're good points, but I didn't say we were at war when 9/11 happened. Also, it's not just about us for once. One of our biggest allies, France, is being attacked and it wouldn't be right for us to sit by and watch. Especially since the same group is threatening us. Plus at this point we're stuck. Terrorists aren't going to stop. So we either fight or die. Because they aren't exactly going to sign a peace treaty.
@The Puppet Man, I think what the media doesn't show (I'm in the Army) is that the overwhelming majority of people living in the Middle East want us there, meaning the everyday people. The initial push was poorly executed and the Iraqi government wasn't stabilized properly, true, but our presence is necessary.
@awkward avocado , thank you I'm glad someone with your perspective (a more experienced one) agrees
The reason we still have freedom is because we have soldiers to protect it.
But according to God their judgement will be met with virgins and eternal happiness... Oh wait it means the Christian God.
@Jyu Viole Grace, you seem pretty ignorant bud
A Marine isn't a soldier
@Flameo Hotman, I think you got down voted because someone thinks that you're being disrespectful. Before anyone else down votes you I'll try to clear things up. If you're in the Army or Nation Guard, you're a soldier. If you're in Marines, you're a Marine. I assume that's what @flameo hotman was getting at and I hope my assumption is right?
@MrsPants, I'm sorry but what's the difference?
@MrsPants, Yes, that's correct. I have the utmost respect for the both of them :)
@The Puppet Man, those are just their titles. Army/National Guard = soldier, Marines = Marine, Navy = Seaman, Airforce = Airman. If someone said they were in the Marines, you wouldn't ask them why they didn't just say they were in the Army. I know this stuff because I'm in a military family and to them it's offensive to call them something that is not the branch that they are in
@MrsPants, yes that makes sense but most ppl say their branch. At least the ones I've met. I haven't heard someone say "I was a soldier for (X) years" instead it's been "I was in the (branch) for (X) years"
@The Puppet Man, that's true. It just depends on the context. They refer to each other in the branch as marines/soldiers/airmen/seamen. And when someone is talking about soldiers then they're actually talking about army/national guard
@MrsPants, fair enough. I just consider them all soldiers unless branch matters in the conversation. The exception is I'd usually call a marine a marine and an army ranger a ranger because I like the Rangers, so I call them that instead, don't know why I like them tho.
@The Puppet Man, you wouldn't want to be called your brother's/sister's name, would you? Each branch is unique and the members of each chose the one he or she did for their own reasons. You earned the title you worked for. No one can take that away. And so, with that being said, there is a difference and its out of respect that each service member should be called by the title earned instead of being placed into a generic category.
@The Sexy Box Ghost, yes I get that but they're all soldiers. Each of them are trained to fight for the country and its people. It's a technicality I'm referring to, not each individual.
Daphuk? I uploaded this and it got rejected!
@Bonersaurus, I feel you.
Well I feel real sorry for the guy who has to judge pulling that trigger
@Nixons Richard , if it's an Isis member, I see no reason for them to feel even slightly bad.
Way to justify murder
@benderama, they deserve to be murdered.
@Cpzombie, that's probably what they are saying about us too
@benderama, except for the fact that we don't burn them alive for following a different religion. Some people frown on that.
@benderama, we also have idiots who say to accept everyone, including terrorists that fvcking BURN PEOPLE ALIVE FOR FOLLOWING A DIFFERENT RELIGION.
@Cpzombie, you really think this government is any better, they murder people for their own profit and blame it on terrorists and wage war on countries that we don't belong butting their noses in, pay its citizens to murder the natives that lived here before us and take their land, then judge other cultures for doing the same kind of things they themselves are guilty of
@benderama, you could've just said you were insane from the start, and saved me some time.
@Cpzombie, ISIS kills more Muslims than anyone else.
@Chimera Ant, only if they break their law (I forgot how to spell it, but it's the one laid out in the Quran)
@benderama, why do you live here then if you complain about what our govt did? You realize other countries killed of natives as well. Its how people expand, dont just target what our govt did
AND WE DONT BRING COMPLIMENTARY DONUTS
@Caveman Corm, CALM DOWN, SATAN! THEY ARE TERRORISTS, NOT MONST- oh, wait, nevermind. Carry on.
And btw Putin never said this. This is a quote from Man on Fire that the idiots from Fox News thought Putin had said
@arcadefire, oh stfu
Funny. Terrorists say the same.
But America created Isis
What if they photoshopped "Linda"
Reading through these comments makes me realize that I am more alone than I thought when it comes to the idea of 9/11 being an inside job. You guys should watch Zeitgeist, it is great! If you like reading more, I would suggest either "Behold a Pale Horse" or "Fingerprints of the Gods"!! 😊
Isn't this just a rewritten quote from Putin?
