@Weird Porn Stash, This is not actually that hard of a story to believe. At least 45% of Americans openly admit to believing in the Supernatural in one form or another. Ive done a lot of remodeling work and you would be surprised how much value a property can lose due to a local superstition. Especially in high end neighborhoods. This story? Entirely plausible. Unlikely sure. But plausible.

@Weird Porn Stash, what the prophet said is true. While I don't believe in supernatural stuff, there was a house supposedly haunted in the nice neighborhood near where I lived. Thing has been sold 4 or so times I know of and never been lived in or repaired.
