If I made it to the end without those items, I didn't need them
@MrWonka, Not a big fan of consumables. If I gotta use them, then I'm not playing well enough.
@MrWonka, if I had to save scum to get there, then ya I did.
This hits home... every game my hoarder instincts kick in
@Omnum, Embrace it. I do it too.
@Omnum, the one time this helped me was in fallout 4. A glowing ghoul I was super under leveled for. I refused to give up, I found everything I had hoarded and took that sucker down. Now I don't hoard.
@Omnum, I've spent so much time waddling around with Geralt, and dropping junk in the Witcher 3 it's at least 10% of my game play.
I blame Pokemon. If you didn't stockpile everything in the campaign for prep of the elite four, you were doomed
@Oh so cherry, the only useful thing you couldn't buy is max revives and sacred ash. The latter of which could only be used outside of battle rendering it virtually worthless as long as you have a healthy stock of revives and hyper potions.
@18bluecat, and ethers. WHY can't you buy those?!
You never know what might happen in postgame content
@President Jar Jar , super bosses. Not an elixer too many.
When you have 99 of everything by the end of final fantasy vii remake and then you aren't allowed to use any of them in hard mode
I honestly do not see the issue in this. If I absolutely needed I'll use something if I'm progressing without them I'll save until needed. So what if I have 300 wheels of cheese and 50 giants toes saved by the end of the game.
Mm yes, I too enjoy a funny tweet I saw a few days ago on Twitter, but now is cropped to give absolutely no credits to the original poster. : )
This some what happens to me in Binding of Isaac. Holding to an item I think I’ll need and passing up others and then not using it whatsoever
