Trips me out how badly people not want to wear seat belts
@megamanx181x, for real, it takes 1.2 seconds. Forget about the argument "it could save your life" when I flipped my car I got out with only minor cuts. Had I not had my seat belt there's a good chance I would've broken my neck, and ngl I'm more afraid of becoming paralyzed than I am of dying.
@megamanx181x, or people are tired of hearing the seatbelt alarm go off when there is something heavy in the passenger seat.
@Butthurt Commenter, that’s pretty heavy, put it in the trunk
@AlyciaFear, damn man glad your ok, but that is terrifying not know what would have happened had you not been wearing one
@Butthurt Commenter, yeah so was I, then I started just putting the seat belt on around it. Or just put it in the boot/trunk of your car
@Butthurt Commenter, it'll go off regardless of whether you put on your own seatbelt or not though, and if you don't put your seatbelt on then that alarm Is now going off for both seats.
@Marida Cruz, I have no idea what you are trying to say to me.
@Butthurt Commenter, I don't see how I could've been any clearer.
@Marida Cruz, ok
@megamanx181x, he has a point...those sensors are pretty sensitive...but at the same time....just buckle the belt and be done with it...dont waste money on that thing
@Marida Cruz, he is saying that they ise these when they have tools/etc. In the passenger seat at all times so it doesnt go off because of the sensor thinking there is a person there
@MMSieBreeze, and his choice of which comment to reply to makes it seem like he's using that as an excuse to not wear a seatbelt.
@Marida Cruz, i think it was more an explanation of why/how people would use this more than an excuse not to wear a seatbelt...as a counter argument to the product only being used to not wear a seatbelt.
@Marida Cruz, of course thats just how i perceived it
@MMSieBreeze, then he should have mentioned the thing in the picture. As is it's phrased as a reason to not use a seatbelt.
@AlyciaFear, it’s more fun if your bulbocavernosus reflex is intact so I agree with you on this
Personal seen people burn alive in a wreck. Seat belt would not unlock. My choice. Why is Honda the only auto maker with no chime bypass code?
Do Not Use
Yeah just go to a junk yard and cut some old ones out of a car. Much cheaper
The only use ive seen for these is when im at my deer lease and am having to constantly get in and out of my truck to open and close gates. But thats all being done on private property where im not going over 10-15 mph, not when im on a highway and theres significantly more risk. But i dont have one since my truck is old enough to where it doesnt ding at me when im not buckled up. Still thats the only legitimate reason i can see owning one of those.
