Every single episode of this small arc was terrible. Ruined a amazing,y designed culture that Karen Traviss made. LucasArts failed her greatly.
@DarthJAR, I think it would've ended up fine if Disney didn't buy the studio out from under CN right in the middle of production
@DarthJAR, isnt she the one that portrayed mandalorians, the warrior culture about fighting and war, the heroes and made the jedi look like savage bloodthirsty mercenaries?
@Thatbright, she tried to portray the life of clone troopers before Disney destroyed any chance of them having a good reason for executing Order 66. She also tried to portray the mandalorian culture which was not really touched upon prior to episode 2. It was actually a really good book series and well worth the read. It gave perspective of what the clones went through because of everyone else’s lack of intelligence or foresight.
@Danyt, I mean, their reasoning was they had no choice. Eventually a few broke their conditioning but whatever live they had no real bearing on 66 at all. And yeah, mando culture was pretty not written but from what I know shes pretty much the only one that made them seem like good guys
Quick question. Is it true that Disney is going to make movies about Knights of the Old Republic? If they do, I hope it’s about Revan
@chickee fella, no idea, but here's hoping they don't fvck it up.
@chickee fella, it will probably be multiple films about everything starting from the hyperspace wars to the rule of Darth Bane.
@chickee fella, old republic is not currently considered canon with the movies but fvck yeah I’d watch that. Then buy the rereleased games. Fvck now Disney knows how to get the last of my money
@BigJohnson86, actually I believe large parts of it are cannon now with the inclusion of Malachor in Star Wars rebels. Also the Sith holocron that the ghost crew found is speculated to be Revan’s holocron. Dave tried his damndest to recannon as much as he could.
@Danyt, Disney wanted out of things like dark Jedi cuz they’re Disney but if you put a giant bag of cash on the table the mouse will whore them out
No Disney’s reasoning was they had no choice. There were a lot of clones who didn’t hate their Jedi generals and there were those who did. The 327th star corps hated Ayala Secura so they brutally murdered her. The 312th loved Kenobi and hated the fact that the order came for them to kill him. Some clones straight up rebelled and tried to save as many Jedi as they could.
