4th Reich, anyone?
@Wuss Poppin Jimbo, ja
Listen, I really like Germany. My parents met in Germany. However, if they start some world domination crap again, as an American, I'm going to get really jealous. The world is ours. Deal with it.
@Canis Arktos, yea man! They lost both world wars and should accept world domination isn’t happening.
@megamanx181x, Unless they can win in under two years - in which case history says it’ll all be over before America notices and joins in.
@Nellybert , but if they take 3 years... God save them ._.
@Medic135, Looking at the price of fighting equipment now compared to the 40s, not sure anyone could afford a 3 year war these days!
@Nellybert , bjtch are you familiar with Afghanistan and Iraq 😂
@Medic135, Yeah, but that’s not quite the same - stuff is getting blown up at a much lower rate than it would in WWIII, so replacement costs are lower.
@Medic135, Also, you guys got their governments to pay companies like Halliburton to rebuild the cities you bombed - so the tax receipts from that help pay for the war! Modern economics at its best. :)
@Nellybert , Well its only natural. Once expanding empires through territorial conquest no longer became possible on an empire sustaining scale (largely due to the rise of nationalism and the state of total war that creates, as well as the arms stalemate modern weapons have created) its only natural they would find other industries that could sustain prolonged war efforts. After all, warfare is the driving force of much of human history— couldn't just give that up could we?
@megamanx181x, for clarification, world domination is happening. It's us. .... the end.
Looks like Germany is getting the band back together
@megamanx181x, staring Danzig on the electric bass
@stripper cop , well I got something to say!!
@megamanx181x, then say it?
@stripper cop , I killed your baby today! (Yes I know it’s misfits but danzig was in the band).
@megamanx181x, knew we couldn't trust merkel
@Medic135, actually, Germany's politic situation is everything but United right now. We don't really have a proper full functioning government since the different parties couldn't agree on the Jamaica Coalition (or a coalition in general) lol
@A pet named Steve, it seems the majority of Europe is in a very volatile state the last few years, only worsening
@Medic135, In 2010/11, Belgium managed to operate for about 19 months (589 days) without a government, this kind of stuff is pretty normal over here. We cope.
Germany basically tried to form a coalition without the second largest party in order for them to be the official opposition - putting the two largest parties in a coalition means that the right-wing party (which they don’t like) becomes the official opposition.
@megamanx181x, and it doesn't matter much to me as long as it's dead!
@Hamilton Porter, finally someone continued it!!
