He didn't get shocked he was acting, my friend had the same style pink stun gun taser whatever and we would shock each other to mess around. It doesn't hurt that bad and definitely doesn't have that effect. Inb4 bu wha if this one has mor powr! No. If he even felt a shock through the cigar it would be heavily reduced.

@wrongway, electricity flows though most objects and sees all connected objects as effectively one object. Electricity attempts to create an equilibrium of electrical power in those objects. as humans we are "grounded" since we usually touch the ground, that means the electricity flows to the ground. So the electricity flowed through his cigarette and into his body, trying to push to the ground. Likely he needed to go to the hospital if the electricity did not destroy his spinal column.
