Lightning bugs were one of my favorite things to see again when I left my current home to visit my mother last year. I’d forgotten how much I liked seeing them.

Visited Virginia and DC areas and saw these for the first time. My cousin had one on her finger while we were crossing a street and decided she didn't want it anymore and threw it off and it flew directly into my mouth.
