I heard that the kid was swimming in pool when a TV playing Zach and Cody dropped into the pool from an upper level, electrocuting the child and several others. When he/she woke up from his/her coma not only did they say met Zach and Cody but they met all the Zachs and Codies. This is how Disney thought up Suite Life on Deck and the unreleased Suite Life in Space. They are now stored away in the Disney Vault.
