"YOU COULD HAVE TRACKED HIM DOWN THIS WHOLE TIME?"
"And I would have sooner but you never let me finish my tea!"
@SimonPetrikov, i read that in their voices and that made me smile. Have a upvote
@SimonPetrikov, that is exactly how that conversation would go too. Iroh wasn't chasing Aang.
Iroh was the famous general of the west or something like that. But he realized when he met the dragons what he was doing was wrong.
I do love Iroh. He brought balance to Zuko
@aang72, is that from the comics perhaps?
@Kar With a K, it may be, but its super heavily alluded to throughout most of ATLA as well. Iroh and Toph were probably my two favorite characters
@Kar With a K, not really. Through out the show Iroh keeps pleading with Zuko about balance and maybe he’s (zuko) pursuing the wrong path. In season 3, Zuko realizes this after the failed invasion, that he needs to be balanced, and when he and Aang meet the dragon masters, it comes to full fruition. He is no longer using angry fire bending, but true fire bending thus was able to learn true fire bending like Iroh had done before. Another reason he’s able to absorb and redirect lightning from Azula
