I know the title is stupid, but I couldn't think of anything else. Don't judge me buddy.
I think they would need more than 71 soldiers to conquer parts of three countries and survive regular bombings of half the first world countries.
@Dephenistrator, But the internet says there is only 71 so it must be true.
@Dephenistrator, 71 in the U.S., not 71 total
@CriTiKa1, that makes more sense
@CriTiKa1, 71 KNOWN in the US, Obama bin laden just let over 50,000 Syrian refugees in without checking any of them for terrorist ties, so there could be thousands of Isis soldiers in the US
@CriTiKa1, I'm still gonna call bs on this post though. If there's that many dangerous gangs then from the graffiti in my stores restroom i should have been shot many times by now. I know some gangs really are dangerous, but how many of them are just fluff?
@Dephenistrator, Of course it's bs, the only people in gangs are idiots, they wouldn't be able to organize against something like ISIS.
@angrydwarf, You seem to be either terrifically uninformed or terribly stupid. No such thing happened, barely a couple thousand have even been cleared recently and most go through MANY MANY screens and checks with the majority being denied
@Dephenistrator, 1.4 is not that much in the scheme of things in the US. Also you havent been killed either because its just graffiti, or if it is tagging, if you dont step the wrong way to the gang whos territory that is or a rival gang, you wount be killed. I love how people automatically assume gangs kill anyone and everyone. Dont be a punk or stupid and you wint die.
@Can yew knot, yeah, by the states, the federal government has allowed over 50,000 people in with very minor background checks. Georgia has flat out said that they refuse to allow any refugees into the state without a full background check
@fetus meatus, don't be a punk or stupid, so don't be a gang member. Got it.
@angrydwarf, please inform yourself and look up what refugees go through and how the process works. The states have done nothing it's all the UN and the federal government and takes nearly 2 years for each group to be placed here. Just do yourself a favor and do the research, the Paris attackers were all European nationals and not refugees, any terrorist trying to come in as a refugee has got to be the stupidest terrorist ever. It takes forever to be approved, you don't get to choose your host country, and you have countless interviews with the FBI, CIA, UN, etc...
@angrydwarf, aside from the fact that your information on how many refugees have entered the states is not even slightly accurate, I'd like to point out that the chances of any given refugee being a terrorist is incredibly small. The refugees are families that are fleeing from oppressive violence in Syria, not terrorists that are invading countries. Could a few terrorists hide amongst them? Perhaps, but that is much less likely.
@angrydwarf, Well that's just a flat out lie now. I quote, "A total of 2,290 Syrian refugees have arrived in the United States since fiscal year 2011, which is when the Syrian civil war began, through Nov. 20, according to the State Department’s Refugee Processing Center." (Factcheck.org) while "From 2013 though Nov. 17, the U.N. says it has referred 22,427 Syrian refugees to the U.S. for “resettlement consideration.'" (Also factcheck.org)
@angrydwarf, my information source was updated 11/23/15 - it is up to date from an independent, unaffiliated organization.
@Can yew knot, well I was running on 3 hours of sleep and what my step dad told me he heard from the news......so.....I would like to formally say....my bad
@Dephenistrator, pretty much
@angrydwarf, does your dad by any chance watch Fox News?
One handy perk of everyone having guns
@Chillin on Altis, that's one of the main reasons we're allowed to have them
@Chillin on Altis, *their
@cheese doodle, they are mostly there in case we have to overthrow our government if it gets too corrupt
@Chillin on Altis, handy enough to be in the constitution.
@Cromptank, you do realize the U.S. Has the largest, most funded and technologically advanced military in the world right? So...if the government became too corrupt and actually wanted to oppress it's people, there's not a whole lot Crazy Uncle Eddy could do with his shotgun and rifle.
@TheKnightsWhoSayNi, most soldiers would be on Crazy Uncle Eddy's side
@Sniff my hole, yeah they sure would be...but the government now has all of this fancy technology like drones and whatnot. If Good Ole Eddy could compete with drones I would eat my words.
@TheKnightsWhoSayNi, The drones still need a human operator, they can have millions of drones but they are useless without the operator.
@Sniff my hole, I can agree 100% to that
@TheKnightsWhoSayNi, would you prefer a fork or spoon?
@Puppy0fDOOM, what? I don't know what you mean but I suppose I would prefer a sport. That way I can cover all my bases.
@Kliment Voroshilov, ok, so if what you are saying is true and nobody would be willing to aid the government in this hypothetical situation (neither the military or drone operators), then tell me why we have guns? If we have nothing to worry about the whole argument of protecting ourselves from the government kind of falls apart.
I'm all for having guns for hunting purposes, don't get me wrong. It's our constitutional right and that shouldn't be taken away. But don't tell me we have guns to protect ourselves from a possibly tyrannical government. That's not it. We have guns because we like guns. That's it, bottom line.
@TheKnightsWhoSayNi, to eat your own words? Eh? Wink wink
@TheKnightsWhoSayNi, Well yes it is true that we have guns for Hunting and such but one of the reasons that the whole "right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed" was included is because of the situation that arose during the revolution. Many people wanted independence but there were also some that still supported England. So the idea is that if the government becomes tyrannical a part of the military will support us but most likely a portion will stay loyal to the government. In that situation the public malitia would need to be reformed to fight gurella warfare just like they did in the revolution. So I guess you could say the main resonance we have the second ammendment is because so many people relied on firearms to hunt but also because the memorie of the revolutionary war fighting was still fresh in everyone's minds.
@Kliment Voroshilov, now fast forward 200 years or so and the chances of having a tyrannical government in the USA is about the same as the chances of Canada starting the next world war with Norway over illegal moose trafficking. It's not going to happen. Not with the way our government has come to be. The power strict up is too partisan and split between too many people to successfully start any sort of tyranny against the people. And even if it did happen, our militias our virtually nonexistent anymore so they would be little to no help.
Furthermore, the need for hunting (NEED not desire) has greatly diminished since the 1700s.
So I reiterate, the reason we have guns is because we are a country of gun lovers who don't want to give them up for the safety of the general populous. Don't get me wrong, my family is full of hunters including myself, so I don't want my guns taken either. But sometimes you need to think about the general safety and do the logical thing.
@TheKnightsWhoSayNi, *power structure, not strict up. Autocorrect.
Well most gangs are located in ghettos and undisclosed areas and Terrorist groups like Isis attack more populated areas to set off more of an impact
@KaijuKoitus, so big cities. Ypu know, the places with gangs. LA, Detroit, Chicago......
ISIS has assault rifles. So does half of Texas...
@D0N RAM0N, only half?
@Can yew knot, the other half has shotguns
@D0N RAM0N, as a Texan, I can confirm.
@D0N RAM0N, why not both?
@1NutParking, mexican music plays in distance
So you know the exact number they have. But you don't have a clue where they are?
Well from what I've seen most of ISIS' American soliders are egdelord loners that haven't held a gun in their entire life. Pretty sure an 80 year old granny with a piston she keeps beside her bed in case of robberies could take em out.
@Sergei Nohomo, that's because they were fücktards to begin with
@Dephenistrator, yeah, they were born cursed with the stupids.
@Sergei Nohomo, what is she going to do, bludgeon them with it? Because depending on the engine its from, an 80yo g-ma probably couldnt lift one larger than 2 liters
Gangs are super gay
@Randy Lorde Marsh , only in West Side Story.
@Katsura, you are the light of America
@Katsura, close, but no cigar. There's always next time.
@Katsura, Gang members don't make the most grammatically accurate memes.
@thatguy71, them there*
@Katsura, oh my goodness you fvcked up hard...
@thatguy71, sorry I screwed up
@Katsura, honestly I thought I put it in as their htf did it become thier?
Wasn't there a post on here a while back where some guy tweeted ISIS to leave black people alone because we're not doing anything to them and ISIS tweeted back and was like "We understand. Only white people" or something like that? Anyway if that agreement still stands, idk what the creator of this is expecting.
@MayITakeYourHatSir, yes isis twitter. Something doesnt seem to add up with that. Also the Bloods and Crips, arguably the biggest and most widesprrad gang are all9ed against ISIS. What does that tell you, huge rivals unite against ISIS, thats when you know craps bad
To bad the gang members are unorganized and border line retarded.
@x2 6x 9 lol, Only people in gangs are idiots, don't see why the creator of this would count on them for anything.
I'm pretty sure 71 is an under exaggeration to be honest, and who cares how many gang members you have when you trillion dollar military (cough America) can't do shjt about these 71 soldiers. The person who made this though they were being thug and cool, but they are not.
@UraFilthyCasual, damn should have checked this over first
@UraFilthyCasual, Yes and we all know the military should be able to check for (supposedly, of even) 71 people crossing the border with legal passports and documents. "Of course" they can keep track and stop them
@Can yew knot, well due to the conspiracies that "the government is always watching" I'd assume that yeah, they could find them
@UraFilthyCasual, not easy to use soldier domestically. Its hard as balls just for National Guard to be called. Also, thats not the militaries mission. And 71 out of millions is hard to find
@fetus meatus, I understand that, so instead a large chunk of Americans just say everyone of the Muslim religion is evil, unless the Canadian media has twisted the picture, a lot of Americans discriminate against Muslims
@UraFilthyCasual, not true. Its just media trying to get money. Out of all the people i know, only one does. The percentage of people that do know very little of stuff going on in the world. Its not just Canadian Media twisting it, domestic media is misinformating Americans. I think its sad that we live in a world where the news isnt about news anymore. Its about money. And a world that will improperly report just to not offend people.
@fetus meatus, well then I apologize, although America does have a knack for making enemies, and at this point I feel as if the US likes having at least one enemy 24/7
@UraFilthyCasual, most countries do, its competion, which humans like, it comes with being a superpower
As a white male I feel left out
The Italian Mafia just warned ISIS to stay away from New York City and honestly I've never felt safer
So... whats your point?
There's also Texas
Hey, if gang members limit themselves to just killing each other, I say knock yourself out. Literally. They signed up for it. Terrorism is a whole different messed up kettle of fish.
Unfortunately, many gangs have affiliated themselves with Islam, and have been doing so increasingly since the Ferguson incident.
@Chanadian, Bloods and Crips are allied against ISIS.
Should I chime in?
Never thought of it that way but yeah you're right. Anyone would have a hell of a time trying to do anything like France in america
