Completely unrelated....but i recently told everyone that we closed on our new home...well....today was the first time i was able(due to rain) to cut the grass...and let me tell you...i was so fvcking excited to do it. When i rented it was a chore. Now it feels more like a privilege. When i started up my new(used) riding mower and backed it out of the shed...i couldnt fvcking wait to put that bjtch into gear and shred some turf! Yard is cut! Wife is happy! Im not happy...cause now i need a weed eater, edger attachment, some decent bush trimmers...jk...im happy af! I hust need tools...and being a mechanic...I ALWAYS NEED TOOLS!!! BRING ON THE AIR COMPRESSOR!!!!!
@MMSieBreeze, congrats friend glad to see you happy, you deserve it for all the hard work, keep the good times rolling =).
@MMSieBreeze, throw a Nest thermostat in it ASAP. I did first thing and its saved me way more than it cost. But it's a common thing where no ones cares, then as soon as they own it, boom "I'm not gonna lose to friggin Johnson, he doesnt even have topiaries!"
@MMSieBreeze, awesome man! Keep an eye out for sales at sears and those eventual closing sales!
@MMSieBreeze, dude! Congratulations on owning your home! It is the American Dream!!!!!!! Your story makes me so happy. I love to hear about the excitements of others on such a life achievement. Take pleasure on your yard, it is YOURS!!! There will be days you will hate to mow but when you go out there after mowing and smell the freshly cut grass with a beer it is one of the best man feelings I have ever experience. Everything you work so hard for just makes sense and makes you so very happy. You can never have too many tools!!! I have 870sq ft detached garage with nothing but tools and I use them for work and play. Go online to Craigslist and you can get excellent quality tools for cheap. Craftsman’s tools are a must! Do your research! Congratulations again man!!!
@MMSieBreeze, there’s an excellent chance that your wife is pregnant
@MMSieBreeze, I wish I had the kind of enthusiasm for the mundane that you do.
@MMSieBreeze, well done! That's what I want but no chance. Glad to see someone has got out of the rent trap
@MMSieBreeze, reading your post just made me activate dad mode. 1. Get the best 2 stroke weed eater you can buy and use the cans they sell at your hardware store (green ones bro), the ones without ethanol. Next, definitely invest in that edger, but go electric unless you have more than an acre. Finally, use Scott’s green max with 2% iron (fertilizer). Just trust me. Get ready to make those Nike Air Monarch’s sing with green stain delight.
But wait; there’s more.... grills grills grills. Nope, I’m not talking about Atlanta freedom teeth, I’m talkin about pitboss pellet grills or even a simple Weber.
Go get your new homeownership on and keep on keepin on brother. All of us Dads wish you the best of the best. (Buy ribs and cook em bro).
As much as what happened to them makes me really sad and mad... l would also be that person to say this.
@Hatori, I hate to be this guy but could I get the cliff notes version? Never watched the show but this seems like something I would do
@satan of the north, *spoilers*
Long story short, local supposedly caring dad merges his daughter and dog in order to try and save his career
Slightly longer cliff notes
The two main characters visit the house where these two live for plot reasons. The main characters bond with the child and dog, its heartwarming and gives you nice fuzzies. The next day they go back and mysteriously find that the child and dog are nowhere to be found. They realize that the father has experimented on the dog and child, merging the two together into an abomination. Normally these failed experiments are devoid of intelligence and deemed "failures", but this new one recognizes one of the main characters and calls out his name. They apprehend the father, but let him live to have authorities handle him, but is later killed by an antagonist, who laments over what happened before mercy killing the merged being.
Hope it helped, avoided major spoilage incase you ever feel like watching in the future!
She's not wrong
What a troll
Source seems to be thatdamnrookie on Tumblr, not that anyone will see this
Congratulation! Let me tell you though, we bought our first home last year and I was excited to cut the lawn and bushes. The excitement does wear down eventually but it is one of my biggest reliefs of stress
This is the level of unmitigated evil we should all aspire for...
