It never ceases to amaze me how important New Yorkers think they are..
@Atom bomb baby, You find it in most large cities.
@Gamasennin, I lived in Singapore for 3 years, Seattle for 2, and Miami for 2 as well no one I met thought they were the center of the world until I stayed in the Bronx for 2 months then Jesus Christ the amount of back patting people give themselves for just living in NYC is pathetic.
@Atom bomb baby, that's a funny way to spell texass
@Atom bomb baby, my boss is from the Bronx. Anytime someone says they’re “from New York”, he asks which borough, as if there isn’t an entire state called New York (most people we see actually come from outside NYC, making them, in my boss’ words, “not real New Yorkers”).
@Marka Ragnos, shut up spongebob
@codyl, but is he wrong? Spongebob even has an episode...
@Atom bomb baby, I already know i’ll get downvoted to hell for this, but it’s funny because anyone outside of USA thinks that about Americans in general.
@Atom bomb baby, this is how I feel about every state
@Atom bomb baby, yeah and I used to be one of them. Never going back.
What kind of pathetic attempt at bbq is this? Even Ray Charles can see this is a load of bullshït
@DrSin, what is this a meal for a prisoner
@DrSin, I'm not from Texas but I love me some good bbq, and I see no sauce whatsoever. This is an affront to all things bbq.
Thats not even like an appetizer amount of food?
If that's a BBQ, it's time to let the planet die
As a Texan, this offends me. Deeply. That is not bbq.
As a Texan that barbecues every weekend I’ve never seen such bullshjt before in my life. No smoke ring on the brisket, and taken from the fatty part. Might taste alright but no one should ever say they have the best of anything. Because if they do 9/10 times they’re dead wrong.
Everything in the picture is sad. Just...every aspect. It just makes me sad down in my stomach heart D:
As a Californian, even I can see that that's bullshjt. Also as a Californian, I would at LEAST fuse that with some Mexican and Korean flavors.
@SimonPetrikov, Ah the only redeemable quality of Cali. Food Fusion! Just a big ol melting pot of different foods.
@SimonPetrikov, as a former Californian , I got the Mex mix Korean blend perfectly balance and my god it’s wonderful
@DrSin, Mexican goes well with a lot of Asian foods, I find...either that or cilantro and avocado are just sitting the middle of the Venn diagram.
Missourians are the Gordon Ramsay picture
That's a school cafeteria lunch with a beer some senior snuck in.
Texas BBQ sucks too though. You want real BBQ, go to Kansas City.
Love KC BBQ, but Texas BBQ is amazing man.
@DecoJake, I'm just here to rep Carolina style. Get me that vinegar base sauce.
@Needless Contrarian, have any recommendations around Raleigh?
@Mario Kart, unfortunately not. I hail from a land of tacos and Angus beef, so it's a rare treat for me.
@Mario Kart, if you're near Danville,VA the Checkered Pig has the best bbq and their vinegar based sauce is to die for bromigo. The hushpuppies....i normally get about 2 or 3dz to go.
@Nekozombie, dan! I might need to make a detour on the way north from Raleigh.
@DecoJake, I just need to jump in here and say that Blues City Cafe in Memphis had the best ribs I have ever had in my life
I am a New Yorker and this is false...
