If you know what they are trying to say, why not teach them the proper way to ask for it?
@Moist Oyster, I think this post is referring to something that happens with other people's kids.
@ThatPigeonChick, and you still wouldn't use that moment to teach someone else's kids?
@Moist Oyster, nope. For two reasons, one being I dont like kids and try to limit my interactions with them, and two being that a lot of parents these days seem to flip out if you try to correct their kid in any way so I'd rather not get involved in that.
@ThatPigeonChick, and see, if a parent wants to try shjtty with me because they can't teach their kid some manners, then I'll have words with them too. No one is too old to learn how to behave properly.
@Moist Oyster, I really respect that.
@Moist Oyster, being a parent, I can’t imagine other parents letting their kids run up to strangers and beg for food. Also, being a parent, if my kid WAS to ask someone for something, and they were to require them to say “please”, so be it.
@Moist Oyster, me and you would get along. I yell at parents not 3 year olds. He doesn’t know better so you teach him, but they’re old enough to know how to act. I’ll humor any kid who approaches me but if an adult says shjt I get to remind them I’m a large man and not on their good side.
Yea.... what’s your point?
@megamanx181x, I am not above roundhousing a kid homing in on my nuggets
@Randy Magnum , I second the hell out of that
