That's pronounced "neat"
Ah forget it
But what about the bees knees
@Strider1321, how about penguins? Do they have knees?
@Stacys daughter , *existential crisis*
@Stacys daughter , penguins do in fact have knees. They are hidden underneath the excess fat and plumage of the penguins.
P.S. penguins are cute as fvck.
@Sterling Malory, its cool, but it's not really why we have knee caps. If this were really the case we'd also have elbow caps. The reason we have knee caps is because your knees would snap under the pressure of holding you up all day and running. It's just a backup.
It took me way too long to realize the thing was a model of a kneecap. I thought it was demonstrating hitting your leg on a table.
*Science Bitch* Or at least *Anatomy & Physiology Bitch*
It also prevents impingement of the quadriceps tendon when going into extension from a flexed position.
Things i needed to know
Things i dont need to know
No it's not. There isn't a strip going over your kneecap.
Proof we were created by a almighty creator lol bring on the hate
But where are our elbow-caps then? Also the tendons and ligaments are under the kneecap not above...
Why didn't they show me this in school?!
