“Here’s my 2020 diorama.”
*is a literal dumpster fire*
@I Are Lebo, We're already at one of those giant 'tearing down the whole damn house' dumpsters, and there's still five months left. I fear it'll be the whole landfill before the year is over.
Just answer, “shït was fücked”.
@SurgeonSean, "we didn't start the fire" plays gently in the background...
@NeroSaber, suddenly "It's the end of the world as we know it" starts playing
@Jakobian, you know, I'm pretty sure a Mashup up those two songs would literally define this year. The world is ending, but it's not like we didn't see it coming.
@NeroSaber, Are we even trying to fight it any more? I feel like we’ve just pulled up a seat and started roasting marshmallows on it now.
@NeroSaber, there IS a mashup of these two songs! It’s on YouTube. It’s called Space Monkey Mafia And you really MUST listen to it with headphones because there is some audio witchery that makes it kind like one song is in one ear and the other song is in the other ear and then it sounds like it is spinning around you. It’s wild. And it’s created by the god of song mashups himself, Neil Cicierega. All of his stuff is.... meme-able. (Bustin’ and Redesign Your Logo are my favorites. Along with Space Monkey Mafia of course)
Looking in history book, "This is fine" meme on every page.
Just wait till they get to the 1940's chapter
Under Democrat “leadership,” kids won’t have to worry about learning history at all.
@Cave Dweller, Funny cause from what I've seen, it's conservatives who don't seem to remember the past and keep being for things that literally screwed up a bunch of people in the past.
@Orlandude, “from what I’ve seen...” ah, indeed. That’s because your perspective and views have been carefully crafted by a liberal* indoctrination system now spanning more than 70 years which would have you reject the most obvious and concrete evidence and attack any who would dare challenge those views. If interested, you may listen to what a Yuri Bezmenov had to say about it a few decades ago and, if you choose, follow the rabbit where it may lead. Or, if it might bring you a bit of momentary pleasure, you may prove me correct.
Good luck on your travels.
Sincerely, be well.
@Cave Dweller, you know, I'm really disappointed. I thought that you were a smart person trying to teach others like Orlandude about our poor system. I read your comment, and I read about Mr. Bezmenov, and I even see where you're coming from.
Then you fvcked it up hard at the end.
You don't care about actually informing people and trying to teach them why things are this way. You just wanted to beat them over the head with your supposed intellect, pretend that they fell for your trap, and then end the conversation before you're questioned again.
You don't explain how liberals created this great ruse - only point and say "the Russians did it". You bring up Mr. Bezmenov as though it helps you, but where that "rabbit" leads is about a man who questioned his country after seeing others. How he discovered that by demoralizing the people, they would be unable to accept any other beliefs.
So actually, no one needs to prove you right. You just did, better than Yuri could've ever tried to.
“Trying to teach.” Assumption.
“Fvcked up hard.” Nothing attempted.
‘Explanations.’ Not owed.
“Russians did it.” Myopic.
The last bit is incomprehensible.
Thank you for your reply.
@Cave Dweller, jeez, you really are just a troll, huh? You literally say "if you're interested, listen to this-" and then say I'm "assuming" you're trying to teach.
Fine, answer me one thing, even if I am "owed" nothing - what the hell was the point of your original comment and exhausting second comment besides bjtching about the world? Or was that all and I'm just a fool for hoping you had a reason?
@NeroSaber, a question you are better suited to answer.
The statement stands plainly. More info is yours for the taking and yours to ignore.
Advice: Avoid misquotation.
Good luck. Be well.
@Cave Dweller, got it, troll. A zen troll, which is amusing, but still a poor troll.
I hope you someday learn how a conversation works, and that answering questions is actually possible.
Until then, try being better, not just "well".
@NeroSaber, your advice is welcomed.
In exchange, a bit more advice, if you would. Try not invoking terminology or concepts you do not fully understand.
The last word is yours- if you’d like it.
@Cave Dweller, your advice would count for more if your words had any weight.
And for someone not trying to teach, you're offering a lot of advice.
My final advice - look inwards. Yours is the only comment on this entire picture with downvotes. Do you not think that, perhaps you are in the wrong? Or do you reject that idea outright, as you accused Olandude?
I hope this is the last word. Anything further is truly pitiable, for both of us.
@Orlandude, lmfao. Sure pal. And the kkk wasn’t started by the Democrats. The Democrats didn’t fight for succession. And the Democrats aren’t literally allowing their cities to burn. But “from what you’ve seen...” maybe it’s time to pull your head out of your àss and start thinking for yourself, if you’re able.
@Cave Dweller, LOL, not even a liberal bruv
@big freedom, the parties switched platforms, and yes they were started by democrats but now the only people in the KKK are usually, republicans, Confederate sympathizers and nazis, sometimes all 3.
Also, as for "allowing their cities to burn'" not really, theyre allowing people to protest, which is perfectly legal, America was LITERALLY created out of protest, riots and fighting. The Democrats that are "allowing their cities to burn'" are actually backing the protestors because they are literally fighting for change, the same as many many causes that have been changed in the past.
Also, when was the last time you heard a protest that went violent that wasn't turned violent by the police, by the military, by Trumps unmarked police literally kidnapping people, that's literally gestapo.
@big freedom, also, I don't like the democrats, they're bad too, someone conservatives believe that they are "far left" when at BEST they are center left and even then not really because most of what the Democratic party believe is still right of the center. The Overton has shifted so far right in America that somehow left is still the center and anyone trying literally help others are anarchists.
@Orlandude, Liberal is as liberal does, “bruv.”
@Cave Dweller, well good thing I don't do as liberals do
@Orlandude, none of this is correct.
@Cave Dweller, oh ok, then tell me what's correct?
@Orlandude, no. Not my job to educate. Not my interest to try.
Good luck. Be well.
@Cave Dweller, Well that tells me a lot
Stop watching Fox "News" and listening to YouTube conspiracy theorists.
Here is an article that goes into when and why the parties switched platforms.
I am sick of people using the "Democrats started the Klan" argument.
Question back to them "So you're a Republican? It is good to know you support equal rights, free college tuition, universal basic income and agree that in order to get the country back to where we were in the 1950's CEO salaries shouldn't be such an obscene times higher than their workers."
If you want to claim Republicans are still left wing radicals and you are a good conservative, then you need to accept the fact that your ideology does not mesh with the current GOP platform.
@Orlandude, You honestly think that America has shifted right... John Kennedy would be considered an ultra conservative by today’s standard. You are out of your Fkn mind. There is no point even trying to have a logical conversation with someone so deluded.
@big freedom, HAAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
@LunaMetzi, no. I’m not a republican. At all. And “the parties switched” is a fallacy. Democrats have always been the party of racism. The current BLM movement, Critical Race Theory, White Fragility, all prove that as truth. You can claim republicans are racist, but watching reality it’s simply not true. There are infinite data points to choose from. You can be willfully ignorant if you want. I have no ability to convince you, it’s up to you to take in available information and come to a conclusion.
@Orlandude, good point. I’ve really learned a lot.
@LunaMetzi, You did not understand the article, also, while one could fill this comment section with evidence, Dinesh D’Souza has dilated on this fallacy at extraordinary lengths. If you wish, take a look. If you think you’ve found some evidence that suggests otherwise, challenge him and be a hero.
If you’re “sick of people using the argument” of the Democrat Klan connection, then accept the evidence and stop arguing against fact. It should leave you feeling better.
You may continue to be an idiot if you wish, but do not hope to gain any ground with lies.
I can remember the events, but I have trouble with the order or which came first. The 2020 test seems like it might be easy, but then I'd be like, "wait! Did these all happen at the time?
In the past 100-150 years, this is a relatively mild loss of life and economic rut. Still terrible, but just enhanced because we haven’t seen such hardship in our lifetimes
