@Naberrie, *reeees in the distance*
I usually have the opposite problem. The movie was an abysmal bore, yet it gets high ratings and critical acclaim.
@Suicide Squad Sucks, I think @Naberrie's comment applies better here than on its own
@Suicide Squad Sucks, I'm getting flashbacks to the Jungle Book remake and Rogue One.
@Suicide Squad Sucks, Almost any Disney movie in recent years.
@Yourself, Star Wars :P
@Suicide Squad Sucks, that’s because the critics rating the movies give it an inflated score so they keep being invited to after parties and premiers.
@ThatGuyx79, I know, and honestly, it's really kind of shjtty...
If you like it, who cares what anyone else says...
@A Blunt Object, Say it again louder, for the people in the back!
@A Blunt Object, I agree of course, but do occasionally use things like IMBd if I’m on the fence about going to see something in the theater.
Rotten Tomatoes with Captain Marvel
@CaptainCrunchyCvnt, "Whoa didnt you know that CM is the best movie ever?! And if you disagree even slightly we'll delete your review and claim you're a bot!"
@Good Guy Satan, “...and yet conveniently keep all of the 5 star reviews that were clearly meant to counter the trolls’ 1 star reviews!”
The secret life of Walter Mitty.
@Raki Zaki, Fvck them, that's a good movie.
@Raki Zaki, I absolutely loved that movie
Do people really care about those ratings too much? If i know a movie is going to be bad i usually watch it to make fun of it.
I loved going into the message boards and reading all the different comments, especially when the Ghostbusters reboot came out and everybody hated it. It sucks they got rid of the message boards
More like rotten tomatoes
