@Fox News , Jamal stopped commenting before there was a rating system, meaning he couldn't have been banned, unless it was done by special order. Also, people at the time didn't like him. It wasn't until after he stopped commenting that a picture for him got posted and he became popular. I'm not saying that's definitely not him, but it probably isn't.
