In all real talk this is legit good advice. If you struggle to do things from depression or whatever, do something small, it could just be one thing for that day. Maybe you make your bed, fold your laundry right as you wash, something. Do something like that so you can say you accomplished something
@Thatbright, i know at least for me I live with people who put me down for not putting in as much “work” as them. It tends to make me shut down and get nothing done but lately i’ve been saying “fvck yourself” and getting things done because even if I don’t do as much as someone else, i still did good for myself.
@Thatbright, I spent the entire morning last Saturday cleaning up my apartment. Was on Cloud 9 the rest of the day.
@SunnySide, that's all it is man dont worry what other people do in their day I feel like my day is hectic when I barely do anything but I still get what I need to done
@Proactive Citizenry, sometimes cleaning up is all it takes. I was definitely one of those messy depression manifesters and cleaning up felt so amazing
