Who else read “oh I’m sorry I thought this was AMERICA!” In Randy Marsh voice ?
Anyone know what the charge is besides being stupid?
@Murphlins, The two were arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault, which could mean six years in prison and a fine of $10,000. But no formal charges have been filed yet.
@Murphlins, drunk and disorderly, alcohol and firearms is a crime I believe, public endangerment, I'm sure you can hit them with a lot to arrest them, but I dont know which would stick
@I Am Captain Obvious, if they get a trial by combat they’ll be fine. Who’s gonna fight the dude that gets shot for fun
@I Am Captain Obvious, but I thought this was America!
@I Am Captain Obvious, if neither claim assault, the most they can get is drunk and disorderly. Possibly the public endangerment charge, but it'll never stick considering no public was injured. Any half assed lawyer will get them off
@I Am Captain Obvious, the fact the answer came from you makes me feel intellectually inferior
@Murphlins, Yeah. You get over that after a while.
@I Am Captain Obvious, I seem to recall a case in Kansas City where a guy who was concealed carrying had his weapon accidentally discharge in its holster. It either hit him or his wife. I believe he got in trouble because, even though he did not actually fire the weapon, he had it on his person and was drinking wine with dinner.
They came so close to taking the Darwin Award.
Why do you guys say ar-kan-saw when its ar-kan-SAS....like what do you do with the last "s" of that word
@freakazoid, I believe it has something to do with its native american roots and that Kansas should actually be pronounced the same.
