I can respect that.
Because you should be watching Jojo's instead
@JewishXenu, wholeheartedly disagree. Sorry.
@Nooby142, You, me, outside. Man dance, right now.
On EPS 53 of One Piece...
@DrSussidi, only 900+ more to go.
@DrSussidi, good luck my guy
@DrSussidi, literally started a couple days ago, and holy shjt, bro I'm episode 53 too. That last episode was dope right? The fvckin' weather didn't want him to die.
@JustCallMeCozy, just wait, hit eps 84 last night, it get better. The amount of detail the author recalled for tiny moments you have to research or be a mast of lore to see, check out the OnePieceVirgin podcast, they got me started, bow my wife has watch it from the go with me.
@DrSussidi, oh I'm seeing just now that it was 4 days ago xD
But that's awesome I can't wait to get there, I think I have a good memory when it comes to characters so I can't wait to notice these details you speak of!
I already have enough podcasts, but if I feel like I want to talk about it with someone I'll check them out. Thx dude!
I’ve thought about getting into One Piece before to see if it’s as good as people say it is. But when I found out it’s still going and over 800 episodes in I was like “yeah no, even I don’t that kind of time to pour THAT many hours into it” and even if I did I’d spend on something more productive. But that’s just me
@ThorOdinnson, you can just play the pirate warrior games. They go through all the stories big points. Its about 3-4 hours long cutscene wise
@ThorOdinnson, all I'm gonna say is you could put the whole series away in 24 days if you watched it 12 hours a day every day. Am I saying you should? No, but could you fit it into a quarantine? Yes
@ThorOdinnson, the really best parts are the marineford war arc and everything from the dressrosa arc until now. The story and animation has dramatically increased in quality since dressrosa and it only seems to be getting better. I recommend just completing one of those arcs and see if that interests you enough to go back. Even should you decide to watch the whole thing I'd still say there's around 150 episodes that are completely skippable
@ThorOdinnson, what i do with alot of anime.. well did before the stupid covid virus, is do treadmill walking/running at a gym, and use it to watch some of the anime iv been putting off, i could usually get in 4-5 episodes at a time
Ah yes. I have 12 gb of anime and i never have watch jojo. Good idea
@Sluggernot, time to start
I have read the entire manga twice and watched the entire series 5 times (up to where it currently was). This is because I introduce friends to it but then they won't watch it without me.
1- by myself
2- college roommate
3- college roommate #2
4- ex girlfriend
5. Wife (currently halfway through wholecake island)
I'm not proud but i also have no regrets. I also make sure to have them watch the movies in chronological sequence with the episodes. Even the weird 3D one.
I started watching it my wife when we first started dating. it was long distance so we could only watch now and then when together. we started in early 2016 and still have about 100 episodes left. however I managed to watch it with the other people in about 2-3 months. each. I had a lot of free time in college.
Because if you watch one then you cant stop
@Joseph The Broseph, that’s why I haven’t watched it either.
Real talk: Its one of the best shows ever. I get that 900+ episodes would scare away anybody- sh1t i dropped it at 600 i just couldn’t anymore- but no one said you had to finish it. Just watch what you can you’ll love it
I’m not watching tiger king
I must go on
I have been slowly watching for over a year. I’ve hit punk hazard and I’m running out of steam
@The Mythic Canuck, I just got up to punk hazard too the only reason I started to slow down is cause for some reason after episode like 590 something it’s not in English anymore and I can only find the sub so it’s just annoying to watch if it’s not in English but still a great show
your loss, virgin
