I liked batman v superman
@Donutfilm, I did too, I think batfleck did so much better than I thought he was going to do
@Donutfilm, I'm sorry to hear that you're wrong
@Donutfilm, I'm not sure I liked it, but I can say it is worth watching, Affleck did great as Batman and Irons did great as Alfred. And I am hype for Wonder Woman.
@Donutfilm, I liked everything except the storyline, the special effects and actors were all good
I actually enjoyed Batman v. Superman and Suicide Squad
I believed in batfleck before the movie came out
@mrmime, i did too. he said he if he didn't think he could do it right he wouldn't do it at all. he delivered.
First of all I like the idea of Batman vs. Superman and the movie was good. And I thought Batfleck was good (except for the killing part which is more of the directors fault). But I think DC did one thing wrong with this movie. They tried too much. They should've introduced the characters on their own first and then make a movie with all of them. Like this they had to put in way too much story in a short time, that's why some people, who are not into comics that much, didn't get everything and thought the movie was bad. If DC would've built the universe over a couple of movies and then did a movie like this, everyone would've liked it. I hope they're doing better in the next movies.
Sorry for the long post
I think Ben is doing a good job he is the different batman we needed for the story
It's not really Batfleck. It's Eisenluthor, and gross Doomsday. And Lois, and boring scenes, and Martha.
Thought the movie was terribly done. Bad writing, pacing, acting, plot holes, and quasi-resolutions. Spent more time trying to keep up with the massive leaps in logic than watching Batfleck. But the best Batman sequence was a dream that looked like it would make a much better movie. Second best was a 2 min fight scene with goons. Nothing worth judging him on but I personally get no brooding, no deep scarring, no questionable sanity from Affleck and that's the part of Batman that intrigues me most. Damn essay no one will read..
Ah yes plot hole vs character cramming was a great movie
I thought he was a great Bruce Wayne but a terrible batman
I watched Batman V Superman twice and I can not watch it a third time.
The movie is f***ing retarded.
Nothing in it makes sense, the characters are idiots, and the plot twists are ludicrous. Batman's motivations are literally insane, and the switch between Batman and Superman being enemies to friends is so sudden it's frightening. Not to mention the stupidity of having not one, but TWO fake out superman death scenes when we all KNOW that DC and WB are ramping up for a justice league movie.
I don't say this often, because I really believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but if you thought Batman V Superman was a good movie, you were either not paying attention, or you are a moron.
(For the record, I'm not saying it's unenjoyable, only that it is a bad movie. You can enjoy a bad movie)
This is good
Theirs no pleasing the fanboys
Apparently nobody understands that the batman in the Frank Miller comics does kill and Batfleck is based off of Frank Miller's Batman.
I liked his Bruce, didn't like all of the thoughtless killing...
Batman who kills = not my Batman. His retarded rule is what makes him who he is.
The problem is the DC films can't decide if they want to be serious or funny. And so far they are terrible at both. Oh and this is just my opinion :)
I haven't seen it either but I like Ben Affleck so I want to believe he's good in it.
Honestly he's ok...but that new Justice League trailer places Batman on the humor side. Not cool.
