From my recollection, the reason for Greenland being called such was a Viking (a murderer by the name of Leif Erikson) was exiled from Iceland to said island up north. He dubbed the place Greenland in hopes of attracting settlers. One of history's greatest pranks.
@OfficialNyarlathotep, Actually it was the Viking Erik the Red, he wanted Iceland to himself so he named it such to discourage others from settling, while he named Greenland such to attract others as it had a more favourable name
@OfficialNyarlathotep, Like D1axter said, you’re thinking of Erik the Red. Leif Erikson was the one that founded the failed settlement of Vinland in Canada
It's like Mr. Black and Mr. White in Rdr2
@A pet named Steve, I've been playing RDR2 for the first time recently and it's been dope. I met those two just the other day and they keep telling each other that they're gonna go their separate ways, but it's fairly obvious that's not gonna happen.
@TheCoolestBean, they are so gay. Seriously. Play their storyline to the end and tell me if they're gay or not.
@A pet named Steve, you guessed their names
@A pet named Steve, are we talking brokeback mountain gay or lgbtqwtfelse pride parade gay?
This is Johnny Test right?
@Soul Eaten, yep, and if you haven't figured it out. The black one is named Mr. White and the white one is named Mr. Black
Is the dude on the right named Jamal?
